Prime Services Onboarder — Vice President recruitment
J.P. Morgan is a market leader in Prime Services encompassing FO, OTC Clearing and Securities Prime Brokerage. The role is responsible for translating a sales mandate into an operational account by co-ordinating across Risk, Legal, Sales, Credit, Technology, Operations, KYC/AML, and requested asset-classes in a lead Onboarding capacity. The role is product aligned, with the individual specialising in Prime Services however, will be expected to cross-train on the other products areas in order to deliver a seamless multi-asset class Onboarding.
Responsibilities
Client focus:
Ensure that client requirements and sales mandate are delivered with a sense of urgency. Act as single point of contact for client while facing-off internally on their behalf across internal support groups and business partners. Onboarding will also encompass third-parties involved such as client vendors, ECN's, Fund Administrators and other authorised interests.
Project Management:
End-to-end onboarding project management accountable to client and business owners. Accountable for delivering fully operational account to client in a timely manner. Ability to identify potential differences between current JPM offering and client requirements from the onset of onboarding, and work with client and internal partners to solve.
Internal partner coordination:
Coordination across JPMorgan teams globally throughout the onboarding process. In particular, building strong relationships with Sales and Trading, Client Solutions, Credit, Risk, Legal, Client Service and Technology teams in order to facilitate client timelines. Serve as initial point of escalation for internal support teams.
