Prime Services Representative recruitment
Our client in an industry leader in direct access brokerage services.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison to top-tier clients, including hedge funds, financial advisors, broker-dealers, and exchanges.
- Build relationships and understand customer needs through quality service.
- Owner and router of customer issues that are escalated to other departments such as Sales, Clearing, Programming Technical Support.
- Special projects including development of customer service technologies, service level standards, legal/compliance, review/audit.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills (verbal and written).
- Minimum 2 years experience in brokerage services, financial customer support, or trading.
- Computer proficiency (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new (proprietary) software.
- Basic knowledge of US equity and equity options (e.g. Puts/Calls/Spreads).
Desired: Series 7 license, Prime Brokerage experience and/or familiarity with FIX protocol.
