Principal Analog IC designer

We are seeking a Principal Analog IC designer - PLLs, LC VCOs, with timing/synchronization/clocking background for our Ottawa based client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, simulate and debug analog circuits(specifically PLLs, and some LC VCOs) for mixed signal timing and synchronization ICs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or better in EE
- 10+ yrs of analog IC design experience, with particular strengths and depth of expertise in(integer or fractional)PLL designs, as well as LC VCOs, and related low phase noise analog circuits.
- Must have experience having worked on timing/synchronization/clocking ICs
- Experience with high speed analog and/or mixed signal circuits
- Proven track record in CMOS and/or BiCMOS IC design
- Understanding of transistor modeling and circuit noise theory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
DESIRABLE/ASSETS:
- Knowledge or Experience with IEEE 1588 standards, Synchronous Ethernet applications
- Ability to mentor more junior engineers
