Principal C# / VBA Developer – Physical Commodities – Singapore recruitment
My client - leading global Energy trading firm- is looking for an experienced C# / VBA Developer to take lead implement an effective environment for rapid application development. The incumbent will work very closely to the Business (Traders, Risk, Back office) and the Solutions Architect on upcoming large releases and projects. The Developer will provide application support for the applications under formal support arrangements and ad-hoc application support for user-developed applications.
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience C# / ASP.Net experience
- Extensive experience as RAD analyst/developer using Microsoft technologies (Excel/Access VBA) to design, develop and support business applications in a Middle or Front Office environment.
- Extensive experience programming in VBA with MS Office.
- Knowledge of Risk Management (Market, Credit and Operational) - ideally of the commodities trading industry
