Principal Consultant / Director of Investment Consulting
Our client is a leading global financial advisory group, whose global reach extends to the Asia Pacific with a new opportunity in the Singapore office within their Investment Consultancy group. The group delivers investment advice, consulting, retirement-solutions, and index businesses, utilizing on their expertise in asset allocation, manager research, and portfolio construction to create innovative investment solutions for institutions, advisors, and their clients.
Our client is looking for a Principal Consultant / Director to oversee the group’s strategies and play a critical role in expanding their capabilities across the Singapore market, accelerating the growth of their institutional investment consulting, investment management, and retirement advice business.
Reporting to the Director of Investment APAC, the successful candidate will lead the design, development and implementation of strategic asset allocation strategies, through to fund selection for their clients, in particular providing innovative and customized investment solutions for their institutional clients in Singapore. The role will also involve an entrepreneurial disposition for business development through networks and by cultivating and developing client relationships. The role will have a dedicated team of investment professionals assisting them in delivering investment solutions.
To be successful in this position, you must be a strong leader who has a passion for investing. We require candidates who have extensive investment experience in strategic asset allocation, manager research, a thorough understanding of the Singapore and Asia investment fund market and experience working with institutional clients.
If you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, are a creative problem solver who is capable of understanding client needs and articulating a solution then this position should be of interest to you. You must be MBA qualified in finance or have a similar academic credential. The CFA designation would be considered an asset
