Mandatory Skill(s)
- 10+ years of experience and 4+ years of Engagement related experience;
- Advanced skills to perform complex work for a functional area and general knowledge of other areas and bringing good understanding of both business technology integration;
- Ability to understand thebusiness problems, need, or opportunity and to design an overall infrastructure solution that correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements;
- Requires independent thinking; demands full use and application of principles, theories, concepts and technologies to solve business issues/problems;
- Demonstrated professional consulting and management experience with enterprise information infrastructure services with emphasis in networking;
- Gathering information at C-level to attain trusted advisor role;
- Must have strong communication skills and be highly motivated;
- Industry expertise (financial, distribution, etc);
- Astute in providing architectural direction for multiple medium to large sized projects concurrently in various stages of their lifecycle or a large project full time;
- Ability to maintain the integrity of the proposed architecture to assure professional quality and logical consistency in the face of political and business pressures;
- Capable of clear and articulate presentation of security and business issues both in written and oral format.
Desirable Skill(s)
- CCNP Certified;
- Financial Services Domain.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a strategic thought leader for the consulting organization and key clients;
- Responsible for working with Sales team to develop clients withinfrastructure business aligned infrastructure solution roadmap as well as identifying new opportunities including other company offerings;
- Oversees new offering development and prepares final documentation for formal offerings roll-out;
- Prepares statements of work for complex engagements and reviews statements of work and final deliverables for Principals and Senior Consultants;
- Acts as trusted advisor with key clients, providing both strategic guidance as well as overall account responsibility for engagements;
- Manages both Principals and consultant level employees;
- Work with Sales to identify key opportunities and develop sales strategy;
- Work with stakeholders/senior executives to understand business priorities and realign their IT strategies to support them. This will coverthe entiretechnology consulting lifecycle (from IT strategy, service strategy architecture planning, solution development, through installation/implementation);
- Architect deals forclients that span the scope of client's offerings;
- Lead the industry on leading edge complex technologies, theories, and techniques;
- Perform assessments / gap analysis of client enterprise architecture domains;
- Deliver transformation roadmaps, optimization and standardization strategies;
- Work with delivery toensure that solution design can be properly delivered;
- Lead negotiations for medium sizeengagements and assists with large complex global engagements;
- Establish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts and appropriate customer management, with an objective of maintaining and building the business;
- Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
