Role
A successful, multi-fund European venture capital firm with a focus on early stage Information Technology deals is hiring a Principal level investor, on a clear partner track. The role may develop in one of two main areas - either to open up the German market for new deals; or to suport portfolio companies in key emerging markets on corporate development. The position will initially be based in Paris to bring you into the team, but will most likely relocate to the appropriate market thereafter.

A long established independent venture capital firm with significant assets under management and a strong track record, now raising its fourth fund.
Responsibilities
- You will be actively involved in sourcing and screening new early stage digital media investment opportunities in Europe, most specifically in Germany
- Detailed analysis and diligence workstreams, together with close involvement in financing and closing negotiations
- Active involvement in post-deal management through to exit. One option for this position would be significantly focused on supporting portfolio companies into emerging market economies at a corporate development level
