The Building and Infrastructure Services group provides multi-disciplined consultancy services from concept to completion to public and private client’s nation wide. With a project portfolio including retail, commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, institutional and residential development, as well as large scale infrastructure projects.
As the principal engineer you will be responsible for new business development for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services within the Queensland Property Sector. This Global Multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy has an exceptional reputation, with clients demanding their services within the Queensland market. Building off this existing client base, you will continue to grow and expand the business, while being supported by the Melbourne and Sydney teams. This career has un-capped potential which is only limited by your own abilities and desire to grow the business and succeed.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 10 years local Australian experience in either and Electrical or Mechanical background.
- Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines within the property / building services market
- Proven experience of Business Development and involvement in winning submissions
- Queensland Market Experience and understanding of market back pricing
- Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- RPEQ Qualified (or working towards RPEQ status)
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously
- Ability to hit the ground running with existing projects
