An Electrical Engineer who likes to take control? We are looking for a good Lead or Principal Electrical Engineer who will be well recognised and rewarded here.

Based in Perth, your primary role will be to:
Provide leading direction, design skills and staff management within your relative division.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of electrical engineers in cost effective and timely delivery of projects
- Effective interaction with other disciplines, to achieve the above
- Project monitoring
- Managing electrical engineering staff and relative resources
- Assisting with the implementation and initiation of division objectives
- Ensuring the effective application of best engineering practices
We would like you to possess:
- At least 10 years post grad experience
- A Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years lead experience
- Good, related computer skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
This is a very senior position and will suit a pro-active, results driven professional.
