As the Principal Hydrologist you'll manage existing relationships, develop new opportunities to win projects and ensure successful project delivery. You'll drive technical excellence and improve efficiency and reliability through developing and mentoring your team. As the key decision maker for your team you must have demonstrated experience in all components of the water balance cycle with a particular focus in development of water management strategies, EIA, catchment management and hydrological and hydrodynamic assessments including flood and runoff analysis.
You must be a tertiary qualified environmental or Water professional with a successful track record and substantial experience in managing and leading projects. You'll also have highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
