• To adapt prior consulting experience to the Pariveda model

The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving problems, always looking for breakthrough ideas, able to work on teams, and have an interest in helping others within our company and the community.  A passion for technology and ability to manage the solution based sales cycle of custom development projects are vital for success in this role.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Ten or more years of IT consulting or related experience
• Strong local-based network of IT and business executives
• Demonstrated project management experience – project planning, project execution, issue/risk management and resource management/allocation
• Demonstrated ability to manage a solution based sales cycle of custom development projects
• Significant experience leading custom development projects, ideally in Java, .NET and Business Intelligence
• Significant experience developing enterprise and application architecture
• Experience in managing vendor relationships
• Mastery of all phases of the software development life cycle
• Strong business acumen across a variety of industries and business functions
• Mastery of consulting skills including analytical thinking, problem solving, written/oral communication and project management
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor employees
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex client engagements
• Involvement in local professional networking and civic/community activities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

• Maximizing opportunities with existing clients
• Project delivery and management of client projects
• Supporting sales efforts and developing proposals for the local and national market
• Recruiting top talent from colleges and experienced hires
• Taking an internal leadership role in one or more areas to grow our company and to coach, mentor and review our junior employees
• Developing the careers of our managers, consultants and associates
