My client is looking for a Principal with experience in the Greater China Market to come on board and work on a range of mid cap sized transactions.
This will be an exciting opportunity to join if you are currently in a top tier buy side firm. The successful person will be providign market expertise for growth focused equity investment opportunities within the Mid cap space. In addition, a large portion of the role will give a person the responsibility of strategic input into in Valuations and Exits.
To apply you must meet the following criteria's
- outstanding academic background from a globally prestigious University
- must be at VP/Director level in a well known private equity OR at a top tier investment bank, with solid sell side experience
-have excelled commercial acumen and strong transaction track record
-be comfortable sourcing and executing deals
-language skills, Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
-strong board/investor level presentation skills
Candidates based in Hong Kong will be given priority, while candidates in Asia will still be considered.
