Job Description:
We are currently seeking an On-site Engineer to work in this fast-paced environment with world-class engineers and customers, and cutting-edge technology on a daily basis to ensure the customer always has access to the critical data that our products provide. 

- Work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues.
- Provide 24/7 support as single point of contact
- Interface with our world-class support, development and SQA teams to identify and to resolve product issues
- Utilizing Knowledge Management database, research develop technical tips and solutions
- Coordinate changes to the configuration, upgrades and related matters
- Advise customer on network management best practices using product suite
 
Requirements
:

-MUST have experience supporting/ troubleshooting/fixing network/application performance issues (Tier 3)

-MUST have in-depth knowledge and experience in network/application management and customer support field  

-MUST have strong working knowledge working with Cisco Router Switches (CCNA preferred) especially layers 4-7 (packets sniffers)

-MUST be proficient in Linux

-MUST have expert knowledge of a wide range of state-of-the-art network practices and technology to advise on resolution of critical and complex network issues 
-Ability to review and evaluate systems modification projects and ensures that all integration and interface requirements are met 
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Network Security or equivalent discipline or 4 years equivalent experience 
-Experience working remotely, but cooperatively with HQ 
-Effective communication skills with ability to clearly explain ideas and influence decisions 
-Self-motivated and constantly looking for ways to improve both product and process 
-Exceptional organization, time management skills and multi-tasking skills 
-Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, under stress and within time constraints
