This key position is responsible for monitoring and forecasting the financial and operational performance of the B2C side of our business.
With help from Analysts within the team, you will oversee the production of the monthly B2C performance pack and co-ordinate the finance forecast process. You will also be responsible for improving the understanding of working capital in order to better link operational and financial information.
You will be liaising with stakeholders across the B2C business and within Finance, including the Exec team and FD, so strong communication skills are paramount to success in this role. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to impact decision making within B2C by providing accurate, insightful information.
You will hold a financial qualification (preferably CIMA) and demonstrate strong commercial acumen. Experience of analysing operational and financial figures within a large, complex organisation is also essential.
