Role Overview
Due to continued growth within Steria, we are looking to hire an experienced recruiter who has a good demonstrable track record of working in a high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environment. This is an internal recruitment role and you will be tasked with finding the best resources in the market for Steria’s assignments throughout the UK.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of a number of contract IT roles which includes qualification of the opportunity and identification of resources using a variety of candidate attraction tools and techniques
- Build strong relationships with key hiring managers providing contract resources across all major industry sectors and spanning a wide variety of IT technologies at all levels from 1st line support to senior project and programme managers
- Strong focus on direct resourcing although there will be some management of 3rd party suppliers
- Ensure that the managed service is delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs
What we are looking for in you:
Working within a small team in Reading, this opportunity requires an individual who has strong communication and client-facing skills. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic candidate who is pro-active and driven to succeed. The successful candidate is likely to have experience within an in-house team or RPO environment although candidates from an agency background will also be considered. Commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills are required to ensure that the service is delivered within budget, and in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
