Principal Strategy Consultant – Global Tech Powerhouse, Shenzhen recruitment

My client is a global tech firm that is investing heavily into their China expansion, and as such is looking for a Principal Strategy Consultant in Shenzhen / Guangzhou.

The succesful candidate will come from a management consulting background, who is now keen to get involved in the execution / sales aspect of a technology company. Long term the opportunity to become an account manager or own a PnL will exist.

In your role you will:
Support the overall sales effort from developing an account strategy to assuring appropriate input and involvement in various stages of the sales cycle.

Work with senior customer executives in understanding their strategic objectives.

Develop a compelling value proposition based on input from the customer as well collaboration with cross-functional teams of sales, industry, solution, and consulting experts.

Requirements include:
Bachelor degree from recognized school (MBA preferred) with about 5-10 years of relevant experience overall;

At least two or more years of experience in management consulting, including business strategy planning, portfolio management capabilities, and the design and facilitation of executive workshops

Experience as an engagement manager or project leader is an asset

Executive presence excellent facilitation skills

Fluent Mandarin English
