You will be working in a collaborative team environment with Product Management, User Experience Designers and Developers to create innovative, compelling, management applications using Web and mobile technologies. Responsibilities: · Work with other designers to generate personas, mental models and scenarios and other research artifacts to fully understand user goals and behaviors in a complex enterprise domain. · Define and develop key workflows and interactions models, wireframes and prototypes and communicate them effectively in a fast paced agile environment. · Work with visual designers to ensure your designs are consistent with the rest of the product and EMC?s brand. · Participate in the usability testing, using the feedback to modify and refine your designs. · Conduct design reviews to ensure developed code meets your design. · Document and maintain your designs. · Document and maintain UI specifications and guidelines. Job Requirements: · 3+ years experience designing and bringing to market complex Enterprise Applications that are both delightful to use and productive for the target user. · BA/BS degree (or higher) in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors or a related field. · Strong Knowledge of interaction design methodologies and principles of user interface design. · Experience doing user-centered design in an Agile software development ? environment is preferred. · An impressive design portfolio, which demonstrates your craft. · You should have all the design artifacts from research to finished product. · Must communicate clearly and effectively; strong analytical and oral ? communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; a self-starter ? that is able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team
