Principle IT Auditor required for a dynamic FTSE 100 Insurance and Asset Management company based in London with an excellent performance record.
As a Principle IT Auditor you will be executing on plans made by the Senior IT Audit Manager, working across all areas of the business within infrastructure. Working across the various business areas you will be responsible for the life-cycle of each individual audit undertaken ranging from planning and scoping through to reporting and ultimately some aspects of remediation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a FTSE 100 business bolstered by an excellent performance over the last 12 months and very good prospects over the next 12 months in a growth area of the business in which IT Audit is recognised as adding value. You will need excellent Audit methodology for this position with an understanding of the finer points of infrastructure audit and have recent experience of executing ‘deep-dive’ IT Audits in this specific area. Whilst a rounded Infrastructure experience is required, our client is willing to accept individuals with excellent demonstrable Audit methodology who have experience in one particular area of infrastructure, be it servers, databases or networks. However, those with an information security background in addition to the infrastructure exposure will be highly desirable.
You will need a proven track record in Internal IT Audit, specifically within Infrastructure in order to be accepted at the initial application stage. Your experience does not necessarily have to come from a company within the Financial Services market as our client is willing to accept ambitious individuals with experience from one of the ‘Big 4’ accounting firms with a financial services client base looking to progress their career within IT Audit.
