Print Marketing Consultant Job in Tampa 33634, Florida US
We are a direct mail marketing company with 2 positions open for inbound Sales/Account Managers.
Duties Include:
- Consulting with inbound clients on Postcard Marketing Direct Mail
- Customer Service: Provide order updates to customers via phone, and answer print, pre-order and shipping questions.
- Contacting prior customers regarding re-orders and checking progress of their print campaigns.
- Track jobs through our facility and respond with tracking information to customers.
Skills Required:
- Aware of Internet concepts and terminology (Email, Web, etc)
- Microsoft Office Experience (Word/Outlook/Excel)
Bonus consideration given for experience in Postcard Marketing, Direct Mail Marketing, 4 Color Gangrun Printing, Commercial Printing, Mailing Lists, Graphic Design.
