As Print Outsourcing Analyst you will provide end-to-end support for analyzing, designing, proposing and implementing process and technology to support print outsourcing for current clients and new prospects. The Print Outsourcing Analyst is response for creating and delivering reports associated with print assessments, savings metrics and supply chain optimization. The role will be the subject matter expert for the client configuration, vendor on boarding and ongoing reporting requirements utilizing the eSourcing technology platform. The position will work with Sales, Operations, Pricing and Project Management team members in developing and delivering client specific outsourcing solutions, proposals and presentations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create detail month end reporting - savings, billing, financial, performance, compliance and reconciliation. Collects data from all internal functions, eSourcing database and compiles for evaluation. Reports account-wide performance. Analyze and evaluate account information for trends and anomalies in report data. Active participant and thought leadership for system integration development. Provide system support and training for clients, PB internal and vendors using the eSourcing tools. Perform print assessments to determine product mix, spend under management and savings potential. Responsible for assembling gain share savings information and processing associated financials. Provides analysis to drive further system improvements Identifies and defines new business opportunities in line with the business plan and objectives. Demonstrates an understanding of the technological direction of the industry and how these advances will benefit the client. Continue to build and strengthen their knowledge of the industry and product innovations. Assist in the solution design and implementation phases for new system deployments. Implement change management strategy and act as the lead change agent to promote the program and services. Support client's Strategic Sourcing projects and activities as an active team member. Implement, review and update operating procedures manual associated with the eSourcing toolset. Effective introduction, management and training of company systems and applications. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Lead input and discussions for Contract, Statement of Work and supporting documentation to close and execute the contract. Responsibility to gain the status of "trusted advisor" to the client as a technical not a sales person Plays a critical role in interfacing with our Solution Management team to build enhanced/new offerings Support the overall proposal development process with review, input and recommendations. Strong project management experience. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Industrious, proactive work ethic; strong problem solving and decision-making mindset. Experience in negotiations, contract management, financial analysis and supply chain management. Print procurement and commercial print production knowledge. Understanding of all PB services offerings. Must be able to work across multiple PB business units. Team player with strong interpersonal skill and ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision Ability to provide expert quality training and consulting Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical skills Willingness to travel to client locations nationwide (up to 50%) Business Experience/ Educational Background BA / BS in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. 7 - 10 years experience in a fast paced, changing or growing business environment. Demonstrated analytical skillset Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Process oriented - experience in, or working with process mapping and process analysis Project management and facilitation skills Proven leadership, communication, and writing skills coupled with strong interpersonal, and relationship management required. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously is highly desirable; Self-Motivated driven: able to thrive in a fast paced environment with minimal direction.
