Job Summary

The Print Project Coordinator is responsible for interpreting and verifying the customer’s needs and preparing that information in the form of a job order for use by the Printing Technician.

 

Job Functions

- Attends meetings with the customer at the customer site.

- Verifies materials to be used, layout and design of print job

- Coordinates production schedules and delivery timeframes.

- May suggest alterations or design changes to the customer as necessary. Once the document is received by the Project Coordinator,

- Reviews the electronic files and converts the formats as necessary.

- Utilizes the eCaselink software to establish the order, set up the parameters for printing and provide the system with all production instructions and details.

- Responsible for design, layout and proofing the copy prior to production.

- Responsible for sending the customer a proof sample for approval prior to the processing of the whole order.

- Assists with printing, binding and assembly duties as necessary

 

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

- Two or more years’ experience in a high volume copy or print shop.

- Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus

- Microsoft Office and computer skills

- Excellent Proofreading skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy skills.

- Strong PC aptitude

- Two or more years of graphic designing experience is desirable
