Primary Responsibilities: - Achieve revenue and margin goals in the Staples Print Solutions category. - Partner with Staples commercial Sales team to sell copy/print services to mid and larger sized contract customers. - Build selling and customer service relationships with clients that profitably grow Staples copy/print category sales. - Utilize Staples CRM system on a consistent daily basis to self-manage selling activity, contacts, deals, strategies, reporting, and communications. - Work collaboratively with copy/print operations partners to assure accurate, timely, and professional delivery of customer's products and services. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: " 3-5 years of prior work experience in the copy and commercial print industry, with focus on print programs. " Professionally skilled, disciplined, and organized sales and account management professional selling to mid to large size businesses. " Impressive ability to develop, serve, and manage a portfolio of high volume clients. " Dynamic individual who can function at a high level of performance, working in a very fast paced environment, and collaborate with customers, copy center operations, and sales management and support staff. " Successful experience selling, implementing and managing business programs to customers at the administrative, management, and senior management levels. " Ability to develop winning proposals, collect and analyze data, prepare and conduct client business reviews that lead to customer retention and profitable sales growth. " Must be effective as a product category specialist, working as part of a wider client services team.
