Work on a given site or in an area and is primary contact for customer groups interfacing for site reviews or design question/answer, responsible for managing or handling project escalations from install technicians and material handlers, end users or customer associates. Conducts site assements, data inputs, and resulting floor plans for design of program devices, directs installs, removals, schedules and ensures MSL submission, (device entitlement on the network). Ensures updates are completed, submits site transition documentation.
Submission of preparatory requirements including but not limited to network ports, fax, forwarding, IP address requests, and print queues using established customer processes.
