Sitting within the Privacy Notices Team within Group Governance and Legal, this role is responsible for supporting and deputising for the Chief Privacy Officer and Head of Notices.

This role also supports the delivery of NAB's personal information governance framework, covering the privacy and confidentiality requirements for the organisation (Australian jurisdiction).

The role requires legal expertise in relation to all privacy legislation and acting as a 'translator' for the business whilst maintaining compliance with the laws and a productive working relationship with relevant regulators.

The role also undertakes the management of activities in relation to compliance with statutory notices; ensuring the timely, accurate and cost efficient completion and/or processing subpoenas, granishees, freezing orders, and all other escalated or complex notices.

Your strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills will be welcomed along with proven experience within fraud, risk management and/or governance environments. To be suitable for this role you will need to be admitted to practice in Victoria and be eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
