Private Bank looking for a Group Head of Compensation & Benefits recruitment

My client is a very well known Bank based in Luxembourg and has several entities in other European countries. Due to new directives of the EU and the CSSF regarding the reward politic of banks, my client is looking for a compensation benefits specialist. In direct collaboration with the Group Chief HR and the local CEO’s, you will implement and upgrade the compensation and benefit policies of the different European entities. You will be responsible of defining the group policy for several domains like salary, bonuses, job grades, promotion criteria, salary increase criteria, etc.

Your profile:

-More or less 10 years of experience as a Comp. Ben. specialist

-You have the experience of working in a European headquarter of a company and implementing/upgrading Comp. Ben. policies in European countries

-You have good negotiation skills

-You are willing to travel 1 to 2 days per week

-Experience in other HR domains can be considered as an advantage

-Languages: English + French and German can be considered as an advantage
