Private Banking

 

Responsible for end-to-end trainings and learning initiatives execution. Organise/Implement trainings/refreshers for new/existing front staff on business applications and processes

Support and build a robust Asian infrastructure, which is globally aligned and regionally adapted to ensure business impact

Support initiatives and projects where necessary

Partner with Compliance and local HR to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated and executed in a timely manner.

Act as a single point of contact for execution of all learning and development activities locally

 

 

Skills Requirements of the Role

A. Personal and Social

 

·         Team player with strong communication and presentation skills

·         Hands-on self-starter who can work with little supervision

 

 

B. Professional and Technical

 

·         University degree with good understanding of Wealth Management and training operation

·         Possess 5 years of related work experience with solid training operation background

·         Strong IT skills (advance excel, PowerPoint, database concepts)

·         Fluency in English is a requirement, proficiency in Mandarin and other Asian language a benefit
