Review Private Banking Clients’ Account Opening Documentation for adequacy, Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Liaise with and Support Relationship Managers and their Assistants to complete required documentation, explain and clarify documentation requirements

KYC review of Client Documentation as per regulations and internal policies

To execute account opening processes across the various systems and activate the Accounts

To provide prompt, accurate and quality service to internal clients

Key Features of the Role

Review Co-Approve Account opening based on documents submitted by Relationship Managers

Ensure that Accounts are opened in the systems in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure that any document deficiencies are accurately tracked and escalated as per procedure

Support other Departments as applicable with various activities like Signature verification, Information retrieval etc

Ensure timely accurate processing of client documents

Work with Legal and Compliance and other stake holders on documentation requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory controls and internal Bank policies

Ensure quality service is provided to internal clients i.e. Relationship Managers / Marketing Assistants.

Able to work independently as well as be a team player

Professional and Technical

Degree holder and/or minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with additional experience of 7-10 years in related areas

Good knowledge of account documentation requirements in a Private Banking environment

Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies and guidelines

Good MSOffice software knowledge

Remuneration is based on relevant experience in banking.
