PRIVATE BANKING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities will include:-

- Account opening, processing client requests and dealing with client queries

- Attending periodic client meetings and undertaking periodic reviews

- Acting as the clients liaison point during the Private Banker/s absence 

- Co-ordinating client visits and oversees business trips

- Undertaking marketing initiatives and identifying business opportunities

- Liaising and acting as co-ordinator with different areas of the business

- Ensuring that all policies and regulations are adhered to

- Dealing with business leads

  Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience within a Private Banking environment

- Ability to cope well under pressure with a keen attention for detail

- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and without supervision

- Good team player

- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in both spoken and written English in addition to an Asian language

- Good degree preferred

- Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs may apply
