Private Banking Assistant- Zurich and Geneva recruitment
In these demanding positions you will be responsible for a wide array of activities to support the key relationship managers.
Main responsibilities include:
- Handling general administrative tasks, phone calls and correspondence with clients
- Organising and attending client business meetings and various other support duties for the Relationship Manager
- Preparing client reports and presentations
- Coordinating with securities administration, operations and other internal units internal such as the sales desk
- Preparing clients documents and execute client orders
- Completing account openings/ closings
Our client wants to employ a candidate with experience in the financial sector, who enjoys an independent way of working. Besides this you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of all MS Office applications
- You have at least 2 to 5 years relevant work experience as a Private Banking Assistant.
- You have very strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
We are looking for 3 different candidates, who either speak fluent:
- English and German
- OR Spanish and French
- OR English and Japanese natives with strong Japanese cultural awareness
