EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

Required Active Series 7

Perform intensive market research in order to track new leads and follow up

2. Create investment proposals and asset allocation proposals using Andromeda and other reporting tools

3. Research and propose blends of managers in conjunction with Preferred Advisors

4. Create pitch book presentations and materials for prospect and client meetings

5. Attend meetings and conference calls related to various product categories, including but not limited to, Preferred Advisors, Volaris, Equity Derivatives, Structured Products, Lending, and the weekly CIO call

6. Become expert on various analytical and reporting tools, such as Andromeda, Lockwood, Bloomberg, etc

7. Resolve client inquiries regarding securities quotes, account balances, activity, and documentation, statement information, and general product and/or service information.

8. Responsible for order execution, processing and settlement of trades on client accounts.

9. Extensive interaction and communication with traders

10. Daily interaction with Pershing, Sales Staff, External Clients, Controllers, Compliance, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Traders, Credit Officers, IT.

11. Use judgment in selecting a structure/platform for clients

12. Use discretion in managing time with client meetings, analytical work, and research

13. Practice independent discretion for time and pricing of equity orders for clients

14. Master and support sales assistant responsibilities as needed

15. Special projects as they arise

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support PB Sales force and their business objectives
2. Resolve client inquiries regarding securities quotes, account balances, activity, and documentation, statement information, and general product and/or service information.
3. Resolve client complaints, inquiries, and discrepancies. Research and initiate corrections to transactions and/or account errors. Ensure timely resolution of issues.
4. Provide any needed administrative and clerical support to PB Sales force and Management, including documentation, mailings, creating and maintaining client files, mass mailings, expenses, etc..
5. Responsible for order execution, processing and settlement of trades on client accounts.
6. Extensive interaction and communication with traders
7. Daily interaction with Pershing, Sales Staff, External Clients, Controllers, Compliance, CSAM, Traders, Credit Officers, IT.
8. Heavy utilization of phone to handle client needs
9. Special projects as required: i.e. Tracking revenue; Client specific worksheet report preparation; Review/Research industry reports; Compare/Contrast various investment options for advisors/clients
