Private Banking Commodity Trade Finance – (Key Accounts Management) – VP recruitment

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

1. Systematic market search and exploration (i.e. defining a short list of acquisition targets, tracking acquisition activities, exploration of market parameters etc.)
2. Acquisition of new clients (cold calling, drafting of call reports etc.)
3. Preparation of credit requests for new clients, major changes in transactional structure, waiver requests
4. Review regularly the princing levels of the existing portfolio and negotiate pricing with existing/new clients
5. Support members of Client Services for renewals of exisiting credit lines (balance sheet analysis and discussions with clients, joint calls together with Client Services and CM)
6. Pitching for individual transactions
7. Data input of basis KYC information of new clients, proper preparation of PEPs and RRRPs
8. Cross selling (PB introductions, IB mandates (to the extend possible))
8. Representing Credit Suisse at internal, industry and customer events (including presentations etc.)
9. Preparation of legal documentation in cooperation with Legal or external lawyers for TTF transactions and syndicated facilities together with Transaction Controlling (if needed)
10. Providing advise to Client Services (if needed) for client relationships with increased risk profile (watch list clients, recovery cases) and overdue transactions
11. Budget responsibility (revenue controlling)
12. Preparation of BOPs, participation and/or leading at Client Coverage Team meetings (to the extend possible)
13. Product development (project work)
14. Review directives TTF)
15. Revenue controlling
16. Reputation risk
17. Code of conduct

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:

1. A Degree holder with min 10 years of experience in a similar field
2. Indepth market knowledge and profound understanding of the international Commodity Trade Finance (modus operandi, documents involved)
3. Solid financial analysis knowledge and legal understanding
4. Sound understanding of documentary products
5. Previous experience in key accounts management and client acquistion would be advantageous
