Private Banking Credit Risk Approver (AVP/VP) recruitment
Due to business needs, this financial institution is seeking a top tier professional to join its Credit Risk team based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite and approve credit applications within delegated credit authority
- Supervising junior credit analysts / underwriters
- Monitor and approve excesses, withdrawal of assets and loan drawdown
- Guide the development of credit policy and processes
- Advisory to the business on credit policy and product plans
Requirements
- 5-7 years work experience in private banking credit
- For VP level, must have held credit approvals authority
- Strong analytical and decision making skills and credit sense
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels and negotiate
- Team player
