Job description
As Life Insurance Specialist, you will follow the organisation of the insurance activity.
Description of daily activities:
· Provide high quality service to J.P. Morgan Courtage
· Organize and present the monthly business control committee
· Provide support to Bankers / Investors team on life insurance fields
· Structure tailor made life insurance solutions for private bank clients
· Negotiation / set up of life insurance contracts with insurance providers
· Drafting of life insurance proposals for private bank clients
· Present life insurance solutions to private bank clients with bankers
· Follow up of the life insurance companies onboarding through a request for proposal process
· Manage the life insurers annual due diligence
· Provide support to the Client Specialist team on the resolution of issues
· Provide support to the EMEA Wealth Advisory team on life insurance activity
· Provide support to the Risk Management team on life insurance topics
· Provide support to the Credit team on life insurance structure
· Supervise the archiving procedure and system, and upload on the insurance datawarehouse
· Control the Suitability Process for J.P. Morgan Courtage
· Set up, follow up and update of the insurance procedure and control self assessment
· Follow up of the insurance flows, assets under supervision and commissions paid by the insurers
Qualifications:
Profile
· Highly motivated and hard working: must be able to work with tight deadlines
· Rigorous and disciplined: have strong quantitative technical skills with the ability to handle a high degree of responsibility
· Team player: must be able to work within a team as well as independently
· Previous experience in Private Bank or Life Insurance company
· Knowledge of common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ...)
