Private Banking Operations – Documentation Review recruitment
Our client is a private bank with an established global presence. It’s operations department is looking for an operations officer for the daily management of client documentation control.
Requirements:
- Ensure that client account opening documentation are complete and in compliant with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements and that such reviews are completed and accounts opened within agreed Service Level and in compliance with the Bank’s procedures, policies and regulations.
- Maintain good liaison and communications channels with all levels of management and departments to ensure seamless flow of information, work and customer service delivery and satisfaction.
- Assist other counterparts where required.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of a tertiary institution
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Private Bank Credit Docs operations.
- Independent thinker willing to work outside the box
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team
