Private Banking -Operations Officer (Contract)

Role Definition:

·       Provide high standard of operational support to Banking Ops team to support the growth of Business in Singapore.

·       Provide transaction processing as maker and checker role for all products within Banking Ops team (FX, MM, Deposits, Loans, Remittances and Cheques).

·       Record all transactions into RBC’s core banking system.

·       Ensure that all transactional or operational problems are dealt with effectively and are tracked through to resolution and ensuring prompt processing within agreed service levels.

·       Ensure that transactions occur within RBC policy and that all activities occur within local and international legislative and compliance standards.

·       Coordinate with the various Operations teams in various branches (if applicable) for any transactional processing.

·       Relieves co-workers in Banking Operations ensuring smooth operational flow in their absence

·       Provide administrative support to the operations department

·       Other duties as assigned to meet customer service, productivity or process needs.

·       Knowledge of SWIFT messages is a must.

·       Computer literate with MS Office skills, including MS Outlook, Word Excel
