Team Overview
Our Singapore office is currently looking for creative and dynamic professionals for its Operations department. The Operations are involved in almost all major steps of the transaction lifecycle as well as new initiatives (products and services) and vendor management.
The Operations group in Singapore is to become the hub for the Asian Private Banking Business and will be responsible for the order execution, the trade booking and the settlement of transactions initiated by Private Clients in Asia.
Responsibilities
- Processing of remittances initiated by Private Bank clients
- Coordinate with various internal counterparts to ensure timely payment processing.
- Respond to Front Office queries.
- Monitor control practices to ensure compliance with corporate and business standards.
- Monitor daily activities, ensuring deadlines are met, and escalate issues to the managers.
- Support daily administrative needs of the team.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Up to 2 years experience in a similar role; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SWIFT
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
- A self-starter with ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Fluent in English
- Adherence of operational procedures to complete task in an accurate and timely manner
- A proactive approach to problem solving and taking ownership of issues
- Team player
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
