Private Banking Operations – Team Leader MI & Expense Management recruitment

Role Summary

• Lead Management Information and Expense Management Team:
• Support, enable and contribute to the strategic growth of PB Operations APAC and PB Operations APAC team by focusing on combining MI, FTE and Expense Management (incl. SLA/CTA Management) under one roof and creating an effective and strong team
• Be a key partner to the PB APAC Ops management team

• Ensure continuous development and maintenance of Management Information infrastructure
• Enhance analysis capabilities to further enhance transparency
• Manage the regional budget process. Ensure proactive controlling of Ops FTEs and Expenses. Ensure adherence to budgets
• Ensure continuous development and maintenance of service level and cost transfer agreements with all our service receivers and providers
• Leadership
• Ensuring best communication within and outside of PB Operations
• Efficiently work in Matrix environment
• Implement appropriate communication channels with senior management in APAC region and Head-office
• Supervising 2 staff

• Very solid Operations background, preferred across all asset classes (4 years plus)
• Solid understanding of FTE and Budget accounting
• Experience in leading managing small teams (2 years plus)
• Experienced working in matrix organizations
• Ability to complete work on time in a precise and proper manner
• Client service focused - ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive attitude ability to embrace changes
• Preferably knowledge of key CS APAC Ops Systems
• Very experienced in MS Access, Excel etc.
