Private Banking – Planning & Portfolio Management Project Manager recruitment

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

- Support the demand management process and resources allocation to prioritized projects

- Ensure project portfolio reporting completeness and accuracy inclusive of individual initiative assessment, status and financials across the book of work and different project teams within the region

- Monitor compliance with prescribed governance and minimum standards with all stakeholders

- Prepare management information for regular monthly reviews of the book of work

- Take part in project issue resolution and ensure effective deployment of budget and efficient usage of available resources.

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:

- Solid experience in relevant functions, strong background in project methodology as well as practical implementation and / or in managing a portfolio of projects

- Strong stakeholders management skills and ability to interact and manage stakeholders at senior management levels

- Excellent communication and conceptual skills

- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities

- Excellent numerical analytical skills (MS Excel), comfortable with macros, formulas, vlookups and pivot tables

- Self starter, highly motivated and striving for highest standards of quality as well as readiness to go the extra mile to deliver management information on tight schedules

- Basic understanding of financial products and services, especially in the wealth management industry.
