Private Banking Project Support Officer recruitment
A Global leading bank requires a project support office work work within its private banking department.Project support officers are responsible for delivery/solution of defined projects within agreed scope, budget and timeline.
- Provide support for the RDR Programme Manager.
- Support Work Stream Leads.
- Develop and maintain a consolidated project plan.
- Create and maintain a detailed business resource map.
- Monitor progress and track milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and escalate resource conflicts and project dependencies.
- Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Actions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions).
- Organise project workshops and meetings as required and document minutes and action items.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and stored appropriately.
- Design and document presentations for stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure project reporting on time and to standard.
- Provide consolidated reporting for stakeholders.Assist with the design and execute an effective communication plan (Management, Stakeholders, Staff)
Technical requirements:
- Advanced computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Share PointRecent
- Exposure to project administration duties or similar.
- If qualified with a lean sigma, this is highly advantageous
