Private Client Associate

A global investment firm is looking for a Private Client Associate to join their team. Seeking very bright candidates from a solid school with 1-3 years of experience within Financial Services, preferably servicing High Net Worth Individuals. Having the Series 7 is a plus but not required initially. This role is a mix of Client Service and Research. The Private Client Associate will be sent to Manhattan for formal training on Asset Allocation and Portfolio Performance, if hired. The training is robust and will consist of obtaining product knowledge as well as role playing with a Manager in order to improve your client service skills. The Associate must be able to speak to clients so the Advisor can continue to bring in new business. This is a support role working on a Team with a firm that desires excellence.

 

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in financial services. Series 7 is a strong plus. Must be willing to take the Series 7 within 4 to 6 months of hire. Previous experience working with High Net Worth Individuals is preferred. Must be a team player and be able to work well in a Group. Firm encourages and pays for both CFA and MBA.
