Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics with excellence in academics and strong leadership experience.

2-5 years of industry experience is preferred;

Job Description:

A Private Client Associate will work as a part of a team supporting Financial Advisors. Specific responsibilities may include:
• Providing Advisors with service and support functions such as portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance, and client/prospect meeting preparation
• Engaging in all aspects of client servicing and ensuring accurate and timely completion of client requests
• Analyzing financial information obtained from clients/prospects to determine strategies for achieving their investment objectives
• Performing administrative tasks such as phone coverage, correspondence, database maintenance, filing, and financial reporting

Associates will participate in an extensive ongoing training program that involves both formal classroom and on the job training on private client products, services, procedures and policies.
