Our Leadership Team is a highly regarded one, well known as experts in the industry. Our CEO, Celia Santana, has 20 years of executive experience in the industry, and she formerly ran one of Chubb’s largest personal insurance divisions. Our Chairman, Andy Potash, is a recognized insurance entrepreneur who has built a number of successful insurance businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

- Cultivate new relationships with prospective clients in affluent communities

- Work closely with the PRMS Team Leader to develop and present customized risk management solutions to prospective clients

- Develop third party referral sources (i.e., wealth managers, real estate brokers, estate planners, financial planners, etc)

- Maintain relationships with existing clients

Candidate Profile:

- A “people-person” active and connected in an affluent community in NY/NJ/CT

- Minimum of 5-10 years of professional work experience required (does not matter if it was 20 years ago); ideal opportunity for someone returning to the workforce

- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred

- Superior client-service orientation and sales ability with high-end clients

- No insurance experience required

Compensation:

- Income is dependent upon sales and individual results
