As part of Australia's largest professional firm, PwC Private Clients provides fully integrated assurance, tax and consultancy services to leading businesses, entrepreneurs and high-net wealth individuals. Our team provides best practice consultancy services to local companies, inspiring confidence and client loyalty through demonstrating a deep understanding of their business at every stage of their life cycle in order to offer new insight and commercial solutions.
What we are looking for:
Due to growth, we are looking for a consultant to join our advisory team within Private Clients. The Brisbane Private Clients Advisory team assists clients to focus on the big picture, whilst employing the necessary controls to manage ongoing business performance through following a structured business improvement process. The Business Improvement Process follows four tiers and is designed to provide a more relevant and simpler method for reviewing information and making strategic decisions.
We use a range of financial management tools on a regular basis, including:
As part of our team the role will involve:
- Liaising with clients to gain relevant periodic information and submitting this information for processing
- Ensuring Financial Management Reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner
- Working with the team to look for opportunities to further develop and improve products/processes
- Opportunities to attend client meetings and follow up any key action points arising from meeting with client/PWC team members
Key characteristics required are:
- The ability to proactively manage your own workflow and ensure continuous communication with the team
- Excellent analytical skills
- The ability to build relationships both within PwC and with external clients and stakeholders
