Private Equity Analyst recruitment
You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and evaluating new investment opportunities by conducting due diligence, researching industry sectors, interviewing management and preparing financial models
- Interacting with partners in support of identifying, sourcing and negotiating new investment opportunities
- Managing relevant reporting of the firm’s deal flow and portfolio companies.
- Monitoring current developments and the performance of portfolio companies.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate education in finance, economics, accounting or related degree with an excellent track record.
- 2-3 years relevant experience working in Transactional Services at a Big Four.
- Strong to exceptional modeling skills
- Excellent communication skills
