Private Equity Analyst recruitment
• Participate in and support entire investment process (opportunity identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, documentation and monitoring)
• Gather and synthesize industry/market data.
• Build detailed company financial models.
• Value companies using the various methodologies (discounted cash flow, comparable company, precedent transactions, asset based valuation, dividend discount, amongst others).
• Participate in due diligence with management and external advisors.
• Assist in the preparation of preliminary and final investment memorandums for internal committees
Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree from a distinguished university. Business, finance, economics, mathematics and engineering majors preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in either private equity or bulge bracket bank.
- Strong leveraged finance understanding.
Demonstrable skills in:
- Financial analysis
- Research presentation
- Verbal writing in both Arabic English
- Previous experience preferably with reputable institution in either New York or London.
