Private Equity Analyst recruitment
A leading private equity organisation focused on primarily UK and European real estate and asset-based investments are looking to expand their team to assist in the ongoing investment program.
The Role
Principal role is to support the team in all aspects of research, deal origination, modelling and analysis, execution and post transaction investment monitoring. The role would entail working closely with the investment team, with a main focus on healthcare asset backed investments.
This includes:
• Analyse opportunities, create corporate and asset investment models for underwriting and asset management purposes, sensitivity analysis, prepare deal memoranda for internal and external investment committee purposes
• Support in structuring potential acquisitions
• Support in the management and reporting of existing and new investments
• Support in the exit of transactions, realising value on underlying investments
They encourage an entrepreneurial approach and thus there is scope to extend the role as the Analyst develops their skills and experience. Based in London, travel will become a more important part of your role as you gradually take on more responsibility.Candidates must have:
• A strong academic background, degree educated
• Some experience in an investment, corporate finance, MA, accounting or real estate environment
• Key requirements are strong numeracy and well developed analytical and modelling skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence to deal with senior management
• Self starter with mature approach
• Enthusiasm for private equity, healthcare and asset based investing
