Due to increasing deal flow, our client, a leading global Private Equity firm is seeking an Associate for their London based Investment Team. Investing across a range of sectors including Retail, Consumer Goods, FMCG and Industrials, this exceptional opportunity will work in small teams supporting VPs, Principals MDs gaining exceptional exposure throughout the deal process from initial investment screening to deal execution.
Responsibilities will include:
• Conducting detailed sector company research analysis
• Providing valuation models and supporting due diligence
• Deal execution and transaction management
Candidates will be either Chartered Accountants or MA/Leveraged Finance professionals with exceptional academics and very strong interpersonal skills; displaying the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and external clients. Candidates will have experience of MA, Restructuring or other Corporate Finance activities gained within a leading Accountancy Practice or reputable Investment Bank. Candidates will display excellent commercial awareness, financial modeling analytical skills, coupled with a good knowledge of DCF LBO valuation techniques.
