Reporting to the Senior Investment Manager GCC Focused only no Real Estate covered.
Job Purpose
To assist the Investment Manager to identify investment projects and equity interest in companies in accordance with funds objectives and its annual investment allocation of funds, to contribute to the sound management of Firm’s investment portfolio.
Job Responsibilities Summary
• Ability to identify and close private equity deals:
• Private Equity Buy-side execution, seeing deals through from start to finish. Research and Investment analysis, evaluation, execution, post acquisition management. So a hands on management role from Day 1.
• Understanding of Private Equity Risk Management issues
• Ability to assist management in valuing subsidiaries or associate companies. In addition, the ability to assess need for expansion of subsidiary companies.
• Market analysis and research
• Various Sectors to include Tourism, Logistics, Financial Services, Telecom Media, Utilities, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Transportation, Industrial. No real estate.

Job Requirements
• 5-8 years Experience Private Equity, Direct Investments or Investment Banking M A Advisory.
• Execution of Buy-side Private Equity Deals in the GCC Region – Multiple acquisitions small to medium size deals preferred
• You will have the network and understanding of private equity acquisitions
Job Qualification and experience
- A good bachelor degree, with an MBA or CFA.
- 5-8 years experience in Investments, MA, or corporate finance.
- Having worked at a Private Equity or Investment Firm. Experience in executing deals from start to finish.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Solid English language and writing skills.
- Ability to create and produce professional presentations and investment reports.

- Must have a highly developed business acumen with the ability to identify profitable investment opportunities;
- Excellent analytical, risk management, organizational, communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Highly developed negotiating skills with the ability to interact with counterparts and business partners at Board level.
- Excellent computer skills including office software and the ability to learn new applications with minimal training.
