Job Summary
Our client is looking for a strong back ground in M A, Investment Banking Direct Investment team or leading PE firm to join a forward focused regional platform.
As we are looking for the best and most talented candidates at this level 3-5 years experience we will only look at candidates with the following back ground
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business or similar field from a top-tier school;
- MBA – Just completed or in process
- Arabic Language
Work experience in either
- Private Equity or Mergers and Acquisitions strategy consulting from a leading consultancy firm in the MENA / GCC region
- Transaction Advisory within a leading International Investment Bank region or tier one consultancy – advisory must be Investment – buy-side related and post acquisition – not debt
- Global or regional PE firm
As well as
- Understanding of Region in particular North Africa and GCC: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE,
- Active experience working with live deal processes required;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
- Self-starter; has confidence in asking questions and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Solid organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
- Mature with proven judgment, strong executive presence; and
- Copes will with pressure in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide support in evaluation and execution of potential transactions;
• Assist in due diligence process; oversee external advisors;
• Determine appropriate valuations, legal/ tax structures and capital structures;
• Prepare memos and recommendations for investment committee;
• Assist MD in origination efforts
• Develop management compensation plans, monitor portfolio companies and identify opportunities for performance improvement and value realization.
• Assist with the process of exiting our investments;
• Work on monthly reporting to investors
