1) Private Equity Associate (1796893/CLI)
Role and Responsibilities
- PE Associate covering Greater China will develop the firm’s presence in East Asia.
- Researching, analyzing, performing due diligence on potential investments
- Negotiate and execution of deals focusing on superior risk adjusted returns
Requirements
- Two-four years MA investment banking / principal investing experiences
- Strong modeling skills and records of outstanding performances
- Familiar with Chinese business practices
- Ability to speak and write Chinese (Mandarin)
2) Credit Opportunities Associate (1796883/CLI)
Role and Responsibilities
- Investment analyst in high yield and distress debts, credit driven special situations and capital structure across Asia Pacific including Japan and Australia
- Generate investment ideas, perform due diligence and valuations, perform portfolio reviews and monitoring of investments
Requirements
- Two to five years hands on experiences in credit or distress investment /research; private equity or top investment banking experiences preferably in Asia
- Proven and consistent performance track record
- Covered a variety of industries and explored lots of potential investment opportunities
- Preferred with restructuring, high yield/leverage finance or event driven investments
- Fluent in Asian languages an advantage
